Your guide to conformance success
You're developing a mobile application or a website platform and you're interested in leveraging our Managed Intermediary (MI)... You’ve come to just the right place! Trust us to guide you to conformance success.
In order to connect to our Managed Intermediary and access the National Prescription Delivery Service (NPDS) or the Active Script List (ASL), your product must be conformant to the requirements set by the Australian Digital Health Agency.
These requirements cover account management, eScript handling and presentation as well as security and privacy.
Discuss Your Use Case
Let's begin by understanding your specific needs. This dialogue will help us tailor our services to your requirements and guide you effectively through the development process.

For example: Are you trying to access the eScript payload so that your pharmacies can process the order more efficiently? Or are you wanting to provide your patients with eScript functionality to offer a better health experience?
Connect with Us
As your preferred Mobile Intermediary provider, we'll grant you access to technical specifications and test environments. We will walk you through the e-prescribing technical requirements and how to interact with our api.

The requirements can be a handful! Engage with our consulting services and we'll guide you through all the way.

Please note, you'll need an agreement with Medication Knowledge for access. We can help you with introductions.
Build Your Application
Review key requirements for your product from ADHA’s "Electronic Prescribing - Conformance Profile." Use the "Electronic Prescribing - Conformance Test Specifications (CTS)" as a roadmap for your development process.
With our consulting services, we can guide your development process. We can help you understand what to build and how to document it for your conformance evidence.
Validate Your Application
Document all test outcomes in the Conformance Test Specification (CTS), providing relevant evidence for each. Once you're happy with it, submit it to us. We'll verify these results during a recorded conformance observation session with you that we'll submit to the Australian Digital Health Agency.
Declare Conformance
After successful completion of the observation session, you’ll complete final paperwork and submit to the Agency. Once approved and your software product appears on the Electronic Prescribing Conformance Register, we can provide production access.
Ship your Application to Production!
You'll gain access to our MI Admin Portal, offering a dashboard to manage your credentials and view interaction summaries.
Now, kickstart deploying your electronic prescribing functionality into production!
Throughout this process, we’ll be right beside you and your team, guiding you towards conformance success.
